Street improvements at Mitchell Road, Alexandria at the intersections of Fountain and Copeland Streets

What work is being done?

• Improving access ramps

• Footpath renewal

• Upgrading traffic signals

• Linemarking and signage

The estimated construction period is March 2024 to June2024.

Work will be carried out during the day between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am and 3:30pm Saturday and during the night between 8pm to 5am Monday to Thursday.

We will take steps to minimise any impacts on local residents and business owners. However, there will be some machinery noise, temporary parking restrictions and alternative access for people walking.
