What work is being done?

• paved roadway treatment at intersections

• footpath widening on Foveaux between Terry and Elizabeth Streets

• road resurfacing

• shared zone

• kerb ramps

• Concrete footpath

The estimated construction period is March 2024 to June 2024.

Work will be carried out during the day between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday, 7:30am and 3:30pm Saturday.

The footpath on Foveaux Street between Terry and Elizabeth Streets will be renewed during the night between 8pm and 5am from 18 to 25 March 2024.

We will take steps to minimise any impacts on local residents and business owners. However, there will be some machinery noise, temporary parking restrictions and alternative access for people walking.
