Construction works on Crown Street between 336 Crown Street and Clifton Reserve is continue. We are also continuing works from Clifton Reserve to Albion Street, and from Albion Street to Fitzroy Place.

Our construction work for the week commencing 12 February 2024, weather permitting includes:

• From 336 to 348 Crown Street – complete paving installation and asphalt work. Dismantle site.
• From Clifton Reserve to Albion Street and from Albion Street to Fitzroy Place – footpath, kerb, and gutter works.
• From 339 to 321 Crown Street - start site set-up including parking changes, potholing investigation works.

Note: we are planning for a two week closure of Clifton Reserve starting Monday 19 February, subject to approvals. Please contact the team if you are a resident and require a parking permit.

We will work to minimise impacts during this time, however there will be some machinery noise, temporary restrictions to parking and temporary changes to pedestrian access.

Traffic control will be available on site for the duration of works to assist pedestrians, cyclists, businesses and car users. Customers will be able to access businesses during our works. Please follow the directions of traffic controllers at all times.
