Construction works on Crown Street between Oxford Street and Campbell Street are continuing.

Our construction work for the week commencing 16 October 2023, weather permitting, includes:

• 24 hour road closure at Taggarts Lane entrance from Crown Street until 30 October with detours via Little Oxford St, Denham St and Campbell St in place
• Continue drainage works within Taggarts Lane closure and commence CFT works.
• Commence paving works between Goulburn Street and Arnold Pl
• Continue excavation and prepare base for partial footpath on Crown Street between Campbel Street and Goulburn Street
• Commence paving works between Campbel Street and Goulburn Street
• Commence drainage works at Little Riley Street

PROGRESS OF WORKS:

Oxford to Campbell, October 2023

Resident access will be available during the Taggarts Lane road closure, as well as access for Zest Apartments carpark and garbage collection.

We will work to minimise impacts during this time, however there will be some machinery noise, temporary restrictions to parking and temporary changes to pedestrian access.

Traffic control will be available on site for the duration of works to assist pedestrians, cyclists, businesses and car users. Customers will be able to access businesses during our works. Please follow the directions of traffic controllers at all times.
