Construction works on Crown Street between Oxford Street and Campbell Street are continuing.

Our construction work for the week commencing 09 October 2023, weather permitting, includes:

• 24 hour road closure at Taggarts Lane entrance from Crown Street until 30 October with detours via Little Oxford St, Denham St and Campbell St in place
• Continue drainage works within Taggarts Lane closure
• Continue excavation and prepare base for existing kerb, gutter and roadway between Goulburn Street and Arnold Pl
• Commence footway works between Goulburn Street and Arnold Pl
• Continue excavation and prepare base for kerb, gutter and partial footpath on Crown Street between Campbel Street and Goulburn Street

Resident access will be available during the Taggarts Lane road closure, as well as access for Zest Apartments carpark and garbage collection.

We will work to minimise impacts during this time, however there will be some machinery noise, temporary restrictions to parking and temporary changes to pedestrian access.

Traffic control will be available on site for the duration of works to assist pedestrians, cyclists, businesses and car users. Customers will be able to access businesses during our works. Please follow the directions of traffic controllers at all times.
